Our limited class size offers a semi-private feel, and allows us to offer personalized attention to each and every student, ensuring that you'll get the most out of your yoga practice. At Align Mindful Living, our membership is designed with intentionality—focusing on connection, community, and consistency rather than unlimited access. We believe that true growth happens when you show up regularly, in a space that feels like home, surrounded by people who support and encourage you.
How Our Membership Works:
Unlike traditional studios that offer unlimited memberships or drop-in classes, Align provides a dedicated membership to a specific class time. This structure ensures that:
✔️ You build strong relationships with your instructor and fellow members.
✔️ You establish a consistent routine that supports your personal growth.
✔️ You maintain accountability in a space where you are known and valued.
Memberships are offered on a monthly basis to encourage commitment and consistency. Your membership reserves a set time, ensuring you always have a place in class. To maintain community and continuity within each class, we only offer single-session purchases for our Wednesday 12:15p Restorative and Wednesday 5:30p Power Vinyasa classes.
Most of our members have occupied their space since the class first opened, creating a close-knit, welcoming environment where everyone belongs. By reserving your spot in a set class time, you aren’t just signing up for yoga—you’re stepping into a dedicated practice and a supportive community.
Waitlist Option:
Because we offer reserved class times, space is limited. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist by clicking below. If a member chooses to relinquish their spot, we will select the next person from the waitlist and notify them when an opening becomes available.

MWF 8:30a YOGA
Set the tone for your day with our all levels vinyasa flow yoga.
This all-levels small group class is appropriate for beginners with some experience through experienced students. Options and modifications are offered so the pose can work for you. More challenging poses and breathing techniques (yoga pranayama) may be offered with instructions to assist you.

T&Th 12:15p YOGA
Pause & reset with this midday all levels slow flow.
This 45 minute small group class is designed to serve as your midday recalibration. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.

T&Th 10:00a Tunes & Tone
Tune in. Tone up. Feel good!
A little music, a little movement, a lot of fun! Tunes & Tone blends upbeat tunes, light weight sculpting, and a touch of yoga to leave you feeling strong, stretched, and energized. We’ll tone muscles, build strength, and end with feel-good yoga flows that bring it all together. Come ready to move, groove, and feel amazing from head to toe!

T&Th 5:30p Gentle YOGA
Draw your evening to a calm close with our all levels slow flow.
Unwind and relax with our one hour Slow Flow class, perfect for all levels. This gentle calming session focuses on slow, mindful movements and deep breathing to help you release tension and stress. Ideal for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this class offers modifications to suit your individual needs. Join us to soothe your body and mind, and prepare for a peaceful end to your day.

Sunday 5:00p Sacred Sundays
A Grounding and Restorative Practice
Set the tone for your week with a grounding and restorative practice. This general yoga class, suitable for all levels, invite you to release tension, find balance, and reconnect with your breath. Held in the early evening, sacred Sunday creates a space to pause, reflect, and recharge. Led by Brooke Moore and Ashley Morrison, this practice is the perfect way to transition into a new week with intention and ease.
